Is it normal for a ghost to produce a strange sensation and "wierd feeling" to those that it is near?

I have felt that weird sensation before.....but I dont always feel it...to me that is weird. I dont know if it has anything to do with the amount of energy a spirit has or why i sometimes get it and why I dont....maybe someone can help with this question.
